A man aged 19, who is a citizen of the Republic of Moldova, was shot in the head by a mate after the automatic pistol was discharged. The young man died on the spot. It happened on the left side of the Nistru River on April 11, IPN reports.

According to the Reintegration Policies Bureau, the young man was enrolled in the pseudo-military bodies of the Transnistrian region.

The Reintegration Policies Bureau requests the law enforcement agencies to investigate this incident as a matter of urgency and to draw the ombudsman’s and the international partners’ attention to the necessity of primarily monitoring the investigation of this case.
