Anastasia Nichita, Dumitru Ceacusta and Samhan Jabrailov were awarded by the Moldovan Wrestling Federation for the results achieved at the European Under-20 Championships held in Dortmund, IPN reports.

In Germany, Nichita lost only to Norway’s Grace Bullen, who last year won silver at the European seniors championships. Tudor Carlan’s pupil received an award of 4,000 lei. Ceacusta and Jabrailov got by 3,000 lei for the bronzes won in Dortmund.

The three will also compete in the World Under-20 Championships set to take place in Finland on August 1-5. The competition will involve Ion Topala, Petru Craciun, Stefan Tonu and Maxim Carabadjac. Coach Sergiu Gurin told a news conference that it is not known who of the Moldovan athletes will compete in the 60 and 84 kg classes.
