Weather forecasters issued a yellow advisory for fog for December 16-17. The average temperature will decrease by 5-7°C, while the highest temperature by 10°C, IPN reports.
According to the State Weather Service, the visibility on extended areas will be low due to fog from 5pm on December 16 until 12 noon on December 12.
Temperatures will decline during December 18-19.
The State Weather Service also warned that the level of water in the Nistru rose and can flood meadows and farmland.
