The State Hydrometeorological Service has issued a yellow code advisory for atmospheric instability for June 17 and 18. This covers the whole territory of Moldova, IPN reports.

According to forecasters, there will be heavy showers in the period. The precipitation will range from 15-25 l/m2 to 30-35 l/m2. There will be heavy rain with thunder and lighting, in parts with hail and winds of up to 15-20 m/s.

As a result, the rivulets could flood and local inundations are possible in parts.
