Forecasters issued a yellow code warning for heavy showers accompanied by thunder and lightning  for the period between 12 noon and 6pm of July 27. In parts, the precipitation will total 15-25 liters per square meter and there will be hail and high winds, of up to 15-18 meters per second, IPN reports.

During July 29 – August 1, midafternoon temperatures will rise to over +33 degrees Celsius.

As from July 29, daytime temperatures will vary between +30 and +35 degrees Celsius, while nighttime temperatures between +18 and +23 degrees Celsius. The hot weather will persist next week.
