Weather forecasters issued a yellow code advisory for heavy rain (15-35 liters per square meter), in parts even heavier (50 liters per square meter), and high northeastern winds of 15-18 m/s for the period between October 12 and 13, IPN reports.

According to the State Hydrometeorological Service, a warning for hydrological drought in the national rivers and lakes was issued for October 10-18. In this connection, the business entities and the population are urged to rationally use the water resources.
