Weather forecasters issued a yellow code advisory for drought for the period between August 3 and 10. Owing to the lack of precipitation, the level of water in rivers and ponds in Moldova decreased considerably, IPN reports.
The State Hydrometeorology Service calls on the economic entities and the population to rationally use the water resources.
Nighttime temperatures this week will oscillate between 14 and 21 degrees Celsius, while daytime temperatures – between 29 and 34 degrees Celsius. No rain is forecast.
