The yellow code warning for difficult elements issued on January 5 was extended for the next two days. Thus, starting with the evening of January 6 and on January 7, it will snow heavily. In parts, the snow will turn to sleet, IPN reports.
According to the State Hydrometeorology Service, a layer of ice will form on roads. On January 7, the northeastern wind will intensify in gusts to 15-20 m/s. There will be blizzard conditions.
Nighttime temperatures tomorrow will oscillate between -5 and 0 degrees Celsius, while daytime temperatures – between -3 and +2 degrees Celsius.
