The State Weather Service issued a yellow advisory for dog days. This way, temperatures on Tuesday afternoon are expected to rise to +33°C in southern Moldova, IPN reports.
Rain with thunder and lightning is forecast in northern and central Moldova on Tuesday and Wednesday. Temperatures will oscillate between +15°C and +19°C at night and between +28°C and +33°C during the day.
To prevent the worsening of chronic diseases and to avoid sunstroke and other negative effects of the hot weather, specialists recommend not walking between 10am and 6pm, drinking enough water and wearing light clothes from natural fabrics. The adults are warned to continuously supervise children and to never leave them locked inside cars even if they intend to return in several minutes.
