Two freestyle wrestlers of Moldova won medals at the European Cadet Wrestling Championships that are taking place in Skopje, Macedonia, IPN reports.

Stanislav Novac became European vice champion in the 60 kg weight class. He beat Germany’s Simon Jakob Monz and Hungary’s Balint Balazs, but lost to Hamza Alaca of Turkey in the final.

In the 45 kg class, Vasile Marcu won bronze after defeating Stanislav Mazok of Belarus.

Veniamin Borzin (65 kg) and Grigore Teleman (80 kg) will compete for bronze medals.
