The works to connect the consumers to the new D-600 aqueduct situated on Uzinelor Street – from the Botanical Garden to Bubuieci commune – carried out by SA Apa-Canal Chisinau (ACC) will be completed soon, financial director of the ACC Ion Burdila said at Monday’s meeting of the Chisinau City Hall, Info-Prim Neo reports. The water main from ductile cast iron is 1,535 meters long. It already supplies water to end-users in Bubuieci and Byk village of the municipality of Chisinau. The project costs over 4 million lei and is implemented with money from the municipal budget. “The works will be finished next week by Monday or Tuesday. Some of the lacking connection materials will be purchased by July 21,” Ion Burdila said. According to the financial director of the water supplier, now that the water pipes in the given area have been repaired, the losses of water will be lower, while the residents will be provided with services of a high quality.
