A Easter fair and sale of works made by hand by children from socially deprived families, who are in situations of risk or remained without parental care, will be mounted in the hall of the Parliament Building starting at 10am on April 4. The event is staged in concert with the Municipal Child Rights Protection Division of Chisinau, IPN reports.

The organizers aim to highlight the efforts made by children and by teachers who work at community centers for children and youth, specialized day centers and placement centers in Chisinau municipality.

These centers include over 120 creation classes that are attended free by over 2,500 children, most of whom are from socially disadvantaged families.

The proceeds will be used to purchase materials needed for creation activities.
