Prosecutor General Valeriu Zubko ordered creating a working group that will examine the legal case opened against the former Minister of Internal Affairs Gheorghe Papuc and former commissioner general of Chisinau Vladimir Botnari, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting the Prosecutor General's Office (PG). The working group consists of three prosecutors of the PG”s Prosecution Division. They will focus exclusively on this case as it is complex and the volume of work is very large. Papuc and Botnari are investigated for misconduct in office with serious consequences during the April 7-8, 2009 events. Gheorghe Papuc was summoned to go to the PG for additional hearings on January 15, 2010, at 08:30.
