The Government will set up a working group for developing the settlements in the Transnistrian region, Prime Minister Vlad Filat announced Thursday in a meeting with officials of Dubasari district, Info-Prim Neo reports. The group will include by a deputy minister from every minister, representatives of the administration of Dubasari district and of the mayors’ offices of the given settlements. It will have one month to work out development projects. “We will show the same openness in the Transnistrian conflict settlement process. The measures that will be taken will be for the benefit of the people living on both banks of the Nistru River,” said the Premier. About 2 billion lei will be allocated in 2012 for implementing development projects.
