Wood and winter clothes more expensive in November

The consumer prices in November rose by 0.5% against October following a 0.8% increase in food prices, a 0.4% increase in nonfood prices and a 0.3% rise in the prices of services provided for the population, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a press realize from the National Bureau of Statistics. Among nonfood products, the prices increased for wood for fire, clothes for children, footwear and winter clothes. The prices of fresh vegetables, mainly tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers and garlic, grew by 5.6% on average. The prices of grapes, vegetal oil, cow cheese and sausages also went up, but of pork, dietetic eggs, fresh fruit, including exotic and citrus fruit, fresh mushrooms, opinion, carrots, rice and vodka went down. The tariffs on air passenger transportation services rose by 20.2%. The Consumer Price Index in November was 100.5% on October, and 103.7% on last November.
