Woman struck to death by car, crushed by another

A 68-year-old woman was projected by a car under the wheels of another car. The victim did not survive, while the second driver left the place of the accident.
Traffic Police Division press officer Aurelia Mija has told Info-Prim Neo that the accident occurred on the Chisinau – Anenii Noi road, near villas situated not far from Chetrosu village, in the evening of January 30. The woman was from Chisinau.
According to the police, the place where the tragedy happened is not lit and there is no crosswalk.
The case is investigated by the General Police Commissariat.
