A 31-year-old woman is accused of traffic in children and procuring. According to the prosecutors, the woman together with other persons who have not been yet identified forced several girls, including a minor, into providing sexual services for payment in an apartment in Chisinau’s Botanica district, Info-Prim Neo reports. The human trafficking combating division of the Prosecutor General’s Office is investigating the woman. The Centru district court issued an arrest warrant for 30 days against her. The woman faces 10 to 15 years in jail over trafficking in children and 4 to 7 years or a fine of 4,000 to 16,000 lei for procuring.
