The students in Chisinau will enter the winter vacation on Monday, December 24, not on December 25 as initially planned, Info-Prim Neo reports. In the December 10 meeting of Chisinau City Hall officials, General Division of Education, Youth and Sport head Tatiana Nagnibeda-Tverdohleb said that the lessons for December 24 will be taught on December 22. The kindergartens and extra-school centers will continue to work. The activities dedicated to the winter holidays will start this week already. A fair of Christmas trees made by students will be staged in the Great National Assembly Square on December 16. The vacation closes on January 9.
