This year, the students will go on the winter vacation from December 25 (Saturday), when it is celebrated Christmas according to the new calendar, and will return to school on January 10 (Monday), Info-Prim Neo reports. The winter vacation is set depending on how the days of the week fall, but does not last for more than 15-16 days, said the head of the Education Ministry’s Preschool, Primary and Secondary Education Division Valentin Crudu. Last year, the students went on vacation on December 24 and returned on January 11. The program applies to the preschool, primary and secondary education institutions.
