Motorists in the northern districts of the country travel in winter conditions. The drivers are urged to be attentive on the road and to use winter tires, IPN reports.

Head of the operational service of the State Road Administration Sergiu Capatana said 39 vehicles were involved in snow removal works on the national roads in 11 districts. There were prepared 362 tonnes of antiskid material that is to be spread.

Drivers are warned that the roadway is wet in parts.
