This is the best and shortest definition,” Minister of Youth and Sport Ion Cebanu told Info-Prim Neo. There were also small problems, but most of them were solved step by step.” The minister said the political changes started with the April events, when the whole society was astounded by the cases of police abuse and use of torture. “The change of government generated changes of ideals and values. These changes marked the history of the country and of the society.” Ion Cebanu said he wants that the people live better in 2010, that Moldova comes closer to the European standards and that it has more champions in sport. He also said that one of the major objectives for this year is to provide more concessions to the young people so that they can develop at home The minister stressed that the major objective at political level is to bring Moldova closer to the European family. He said he hopes the Communists will be excluded from the political life in 2010 as they are already history.
