The Government published the decision on the salaries of militaries, troop and command effective employed in the service of the national defense structures, state security and public order. According to the decision on the wage for officers’ staff employed in the central bodies and in the departments of the Ministry of Defense, the highest salary will be paid to the Head of the General Staff – between 2250 and 3000 lei, followed by the salary of department heads, from 2000 lei to 2750 lei, the heads of the General managements – 1850 – 2600 lei etc. The heads of general managements within the Ministry of Defense will benefit of a salary of 1850 – 2600 lei, followed by the heads of management ad sections with salaries of 1700-2450 lei and respectively 1500-2250 lei. For the General Chairman of the Border Guards Troops the salary will constitute 2000-2750 lei. The head of a General Management within the Center for the Economic Crimes and Corruption Fight will have a salary of 1850-2600 lei, the head of a management will receive 1600-2350 lei and the head of a section or service – 1500-2250 lei.
