The official said the automated information system “Elections” works appropriately. There were several incidents in the morning when the operators met with difficulties in connecting to the Internet, but the problems were solved and there were no faults in the system, as it was rumored.

The police in the first half of the day reported 23 incidents. Seven were cases of campaigning. Three were cases of photographing of the ballot and a report was compiled over one such case, while two cases are being examined. In two cases, there is a reasonable suspicion of voter corruption. Five cases were cases of transportation of voters, while six were cases referring to other issues.
