Eligible voters with their domicile or temporary residence in the constituencies where snap local elections take place on Sunday can request, free of charge and without prior appointment, temporary identity cards at the multifunctional centers of the Public Services Agency, IPN reports.

Temporary identity cards can be requested at the multifunctional centers located in Orhei, Rezina, Soroca, Drochia, Straseni, Falesti, Rascani, Causeni and Hincesti from 7:00AM to 9:00PM.

Ten rural constituencies will hold snap local elections this coming Sunday. Eight of them will elect new mayors, and in two others vacant local council seats will be filled.
