The Central Electron Commission informs that the persons who cannot go to polling places for health reasons can ask for the mobile ballot box at home in the second round of voting, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communique from the Commission. The applications can be submitted by June 18 until 6pm. On the election day on June 19, the applications can be filed until 3pm, if a health certificate is presented. Only the persons with visual impairments can ask for the mobile ballot box at home in oral form inclusively. The mentioned persons cast their votes according to the list of voters compiled by the electoral bureau of the polling place on the basis of the applications submitted by them. The persons who are not on the list cannot vote at home or the place of stay. The applications lodged before the June 5, 2011 elections are not valid for the second round of voting.
