The former ruling party is skeptical about the capabilities of the new Cabinet members and considers that the presented government program is only declarative, Info-Prim Neo reports. “This government was formed in a hurry. A person can be easily named to the post, but this person must have the necessary abilities,” said the leader of the Communists Party Vladimir Voronin. He stressed yet that the Minister of Culture Boris Focsa is a true patriot. “I saw a purely declarative government program. It does not contain concrete figures, objectives and terms,” said the former Prime Minister Zinaida Greceanyi. She also said that the new members of the Cabinet were named according to political, not professional criteria. “What can we say, if we have a doctor heading the Ministry of Transport?” she asked. The Communist MP Igor Dodon, the former First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Trade, said that he has not yet examined the government program thoroughly as it was presented only on Thursday afternoon. “I saw only general phases with no indexes,” he said. The parliamentary group of the Communists Party did not take part in the vote, when the new Government was being constituted.
