Volunteers Union backs PLDM in elections
The members of the Volunteers Union, the participants in fights for Molsova's integrity and independence, announced on Thursday, March 19, that they back the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova (PLDM) in the elections of April 5, Info-Prim Neo reports.
“The PLDM is the only party that is capable to ensure ousting the Communists from power. The policy of this party corresponds to the aspirations of the movement,” Sergiu Caracai, the president of the organization, said. He also said that a member of the Volunteers Union, Tudor Deliu, is on the list of the PLDM for the parliament, on the 21st place.
The Volunteers Union has 86 thousand members, including the family members of the combatants.
