Vladislav Kulminski: Regime established by PDM government should be dismantled

Director of the Institute for Strategic Initiatives Vladislav Kulminski said the regime left by the Democratic Party should be dismantled. The new government has at most a month at its disposal to do this or it will be hard to change things in the Republic of Moldova. The issue was developed in the talk show “Politics of Natalia Morari” on TV8 channel, IPN reports.

“Many laws that were adopted by the PDM regime can be annulled if need be and the regime should be dismantled. The current government has at most a month or two to end this regime and to create conditions for holding free and fair elections. This cannot be left as it was,” stated Vladislav Kulminski.

He noted that if the judges of the Constitutional Court and the chief of the Prosecutor General’s Office do not tender their resignations, they will have to be dismissed by those who appointed them. “In accordance with the regulations of the commission of prosecutors, this can discharge Mister Harunjen (e.n. head of the Prosecutor General’s Office) and this would be perfectly in accordance with the legal provisions,” he said.

Political commentator Corneliu Ciurea said the PDM could return if the PSRM-ACUM government fails. The Party of Socialists could give support to the current Government, but could also wait for this to make mistakes so as to speculate on them.
