As from January 3, Moldovan President Vladimir Voronin will be on a short leave in Austria, the presidential press service reports. The press release does not mention the duration of president’s vacation and the tourism destinations in Austria. The President has spent his previous leave in Greece, in a community near the Mount Athos, from 9 to 21 August. On holiday, Vladimir Voronin paid a visit to Vatopedi Monastery on Mount Athos and met a number of Greek officials. Previously, the President preferred Karlovy Vary resort in the Czech Republic. Voronin has vacationed in this health resort for many years, before becoming President.
