Vladimir Voronin on working trip to Moscow
Moldova's president Vladimir Voronin will meet his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev and Russian prime-minister Vladimir Putin, in Moscow on June 22, Info-Prim Neo has learnt from the presidential press service.
They will talk Moldovan-Russian relations and perspectives of their development.
“Russian president Dmitry Medvedev and his Moldovan colleague will discuss about the early parliamentary elections, set for 29 July, about the settlement of the Transnistrian conflict,” the Russian news agency Ria-Novosti reports, quoting Kremlin sources.
The Moldovan president will lay flowers to the Monument to the Unknown Soldier in Moscow, on the occasion of the 68th anniversary of the attack of Germany on the USSR.
Vladimir Voronin will return to Moldova later on Monday.
