The President of the Republic of Moldova, Vladimir Voronin, held a meeting with Yuri Zubakov, Deputy Secretary of Russia's Security Council, the presidential press unit said in a communique. The presidential service limited itself to saying that the collocutors discussed various aspects of the current stage of the bilateral relations and prospects for furthering them. Vladimir Voronin and Yuri Zubakov also exchanged views on the Transnistria settlement. This is not the first time Vladimir Voronin and Russia’s envoy Yuri Zubakov have met this year, yet very few details about their meetings came out.
