MP of the bloc ACUM Vladimir Bolea said they are ready to vote in Parliament a package of de-oligarchization laws similar to that proposed by the bloc no matter what political player suggests it. The MP referred to the package of laws to declare the state capture and to dismiss the heads of a number of state institutions that the bloc ACUM introduced into the legislative body, IPN reports.
As to the nomination of Andrei Năstase for Parliament Speaker and of Maia Sandu for Prime Minister, Vladimir Bolea said the Socialists should show to the bloc ACUM and the whole country that they really fight oligarchy and should support these candidates. This way the Socialists will be more credible.
As regards the recent invitation to initiate discussions on this package of laws, the MP noted he agrees the bloc’s message should have been more specific and addressed rather to the Socialists than to the rest of the MPs.
Public policy expert Ștefan Gligor said the bloc ACUM should change the format of the proposals it formulates. The way in which the bloc ACUM presents its initiatives and invites the MPs to discussions does not leave chances for the package of bills introduced into Parliament to be adopted.
Ștefan Gligor noted ACUM should have invited to discussions namely the Socialist parliamentary group. Its invitation was vague and with an abstract message. “The proposals should be formulated precisely or a wrong impression and a wrong context will be created,” the civic activist stated in the talk show “Important” on TVC21 channel.
According to him, given that the PSRM won fewer seats of MP than it could have won under the proportional representation system and that it is on the verge of a political precipice, the situation changes the perspectives. “Together with the Socialists, the bloc ACUM should replace the mixed electoral system, name the new members of the Central Election Commission and announce the date of snap elections,” he said.
