Vlad Filat to visit Georgia

Prime Minister Vlad Filat will travel on Monday, July 9, to Georgia for an official visit till July 11, reports Info-Prim Neo, quoting a communiqué from the Government. Vlad Filat will meet with Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili, with Prime Minister Vano Merabishvili, Parliament Speaker David Bakradze, and other Georgian officials. Additionally, the Prime Minister will take part in the July 10-11 International Conference “Georgia’s European Way” on European Neighborhood Policy Action. The meetings will discuss subjects on the current stage in bilateral relations between the two countries, and especially, the status of Moldova-Georgia commercial links. Additionally, during the visit, four Agreements will be signed between Moldova and Georgia; these are as follows: visa free movement between the two parties, international road traffic, cooperation and reciprocal assistance in the customs sector, and cooperation in healthcare and medical sciences.
