Before presenting the draft work program of the Government in the Parliament, the Prime Minister delegate Vlad Filat participated in a meeting with representatives of the civil society, banking sector and businesses, producers and investors, trade unions and employers to discuss their questions and ideas while drafting the program. “Some of these ideas could be put into practice by the future Governess,” Filat said, quoted by Info-Prim Neo . According to the Premier designate, those who work in the real sector of the economy will be the Alliance for European Integration's partners in decision making. He promised an open discussion and a functional consultancy framework aimed at avoiding arbitrary decisions promoting party interests. “I considered it right to have these discussions before finalizing the draft government program. It is important to involve all those who can contribute to solving the problems. We intend to continue such a practice after the Government is formed. I am in favor of a permanent dialogue so that the decisions are in the interests of all the people,” Filat said. According to him, the solving of the existing problems is not only the Government's task as everyone should get involved. The meeting participants expressed their concern about the economic and social situation and expressed readiness to cooperate with the central authorities by submitting proposals and strategies for remedying the situation. They voiced hope that there will be established a state of law and that the governance process will be transparent. On September 25, the Parliament is to vote on the nominal composition of the future Government and its work program.
