Prime Minister Vlad Filat abandoned his car today and went to work on foot, joining thus the mobility drive “In the City without My Car”. The Premier said he made common cause with those who lead a healthy lifestyle and contribute to the protection of the environment, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communique from the Government. Vlad Filat said he would like to walk more, but cannot because he has a tight schedule. “I go on foot not as much as want to, but I support all those who plead for a healthy lifestyle, more movement and a clean environment,” he stressed. The European Mobility Week this year is themed “Travel Smarter, Live Better”.
