Visa fee waiver to be signed with Turkey in November

Moldovan Prime Minister Vlad Filat will travel to Turkey on November 1-2, where he will sign an agreement on a strategic partnership with this country as well as a visa liberalization agreement, Info-Prim Neo reports. Visas can now be obtained either at the Turkish Embassy or at airports in Turkey, for a fee of $30 or €20. A valid passport is the only document required. In this context, the Prime Minister instructed Minister of Transportation Anatol Salaru to step up negotiations with Turkey on a potential agreement concerning air travel, given the great numbers of Moldovan tourists visiting this country.
