Violeta Cojocaru has been promoted to director of the state-run Poșta Moldovei as her predecessor, Roman Cojuhari was appointed as director of the Public Property Agency.

Cojocaru said that when she was offered the post of deputy director two years ago, she joined the effort to reform the national postal service. “I am proud of the company’s achievements during this period, which include the modernization of internal processes and optimization of operations. Also, foundations were laid for a sustainable partnership with European postal operators. I am accepting the new position with responsibility and honor and I firmly believe that Poșta Moldovei will be as good as its European partners”, said Cojocaru.

She added that it’s essential that employees are fairly rewarded for their contribution. “A culture where hard work, innovation and personal contribution are valued and rewarded will be fostered. The well-being and personal development of employees will always be a priority”, emphasized Violeta Cojocaru, who has over 15 years of managerial experience.
