The VinOpera International Classical Music Festival is now closer to worldwide tourists, thanks to the website festivalfinder.eu, an online search tool that helps the public discover art, music, theater, or dance festivals from 45 countries across Europe.
The Constantin Mimi Foundation listed the event on the portal’s agenda as ”The First Sustainable Classical Music Festival in Moldova,” which will take place on September 6th, 14th, and 15th. Art lovers, event enthusiasts, travelers, and bloggers are encouraged to discover the Republic of Moldova, its wine, culture, and traditions. The European Festivals Association owns the website, and the European Union supports it.
VinOpera was ranked among the top 5 most beautiful enogastronomic events on a global scale by public vote in the Wine Travel Awards. This year’s edition will bring Elena Mosuc, one of the world’s finest sopranos and a winner of the prestigious “Oscar della Lirica” International Opera Award, to the stage at Castel Mimi. Over 100 instrumentalists from the Symphony Orchestra of the Maria Biesu National Opera and Ballet Theatre, conducted by Dumitru Carciumaru, will accompany her.
The VinOpera 2024 International Classical Music Festival will occur at three different locations. The Gala Event will be held at Castel Mimi on September 6th, featuring an exceptional performance. Additionally, the organizers will host two free concerts in the villages of Telita and Bulboaca, in the Anenii Noi district, where the “Serghei Lunchevici” National Philharmonic Orchestra will perform under the baton of conductor Mihail Agafita.
