The Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Victor Osipov condemns the behavior of the Transnistrian authorities and says that the Moldovan authorities will continue to make effort to release Ernest Vardanyan and Ilie Cazac, who were arrested by the unconstitutional authorities, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communiqué from the Reintegration Office. In a meeting centering on the conviction of journalist Ernest Vardanyan called on Friday, the Deputy Prime Minister said such actions are aimed against the security of Moldova and its people and undermine the measures designed to build confidence between the banks of the Nistru. Journalist Ernest Vardanyan was sentenced to 15 years in prison for treason and espionage for Moldova. Ilie Cazac is investigated under arrest on the same charges.
