Victor Leon becomes champion in third league of France

Moldovan rugby player Victor Leon has won a new trophy in his career. He became champion in the third league of France together with the team Cap Perigueux, IPN reports.

Leon, who is native of Cantemir town, has played in France since August 2016. Earlier, he had played for almost six years in the championship of Romania, for Dinamo Bucuresti, Farul Constanta and CSM Bucuresti. Leon also became national champion with UTM and was a member of the national rugby team of Moldova.

The best Moldovan rugby player Vadim Cobilas plays in the championship of France. He defends the colors of the team Bordeaux Begles, of the first league.
