Moldovan Greco-Roman wrestler Victor Ciobanu became European vice-champion. He missed the chance to triumph for the second time in Bucharest after winning the 2019 title. This time, the 31-year-old athlete lost to Azerbaijan’s Nihat Mammadli in the final of the 60 kg weight category, IPN reports.
