Victims of human trafficking will be repatriated according to common procedure
The victims of trafficking in human beings and illegal migration will be repatriated according to a common procedure stipulated in the regulations approved by the executive, Info-Prim Neo reports.
The persons will be repatriated after they give their written consent. The children younger than 10 that will be alone will be repatriated with the written consent of the legal authority.
The child repatriation procedure will be different from the one for adults.
The regulations provide the measures how these people can be protected, the rehabilitation ways and how they can be monitored.
The repatriation costs, including transport and documentation, will be covered from the state budget.
