A woman from Chisinau aged 39 and her daughter aged 20 were arrested on suspicion that they swindled large sums of money out of at least two victims. The two women obtained 760,000 lei from the victims for forecasting their future, IPN reports.

The police established that the women resorted to different psychological methods and convinced one of the victims to offer them 600,000 lei in installments. The second victim was defrauded of 160,000 lei.

The persons who also became victims of clairvoyants are asked to file complaints to the Buiucani Police Inspectorate located at 12 Calea Iesilor St.
