Vice presidents of Supreme Court of Justice likely to be fired

The two vice presidents of the Supreme Court of Justice Nina Cernat and Natalia Moldovanu may be dismissed by the Supreme Council of Magistrates the day when it will be decided who will head the Court, Council member Alexandru Arseni stated for Info-Prim Neo. He said he will demand that the two vice presidents be discharged as they are incompatible with the posts held. On September 6, the Supreme Council of Magistrates was to elect the president of the Supreme Court of Justice, but the meeting was adjourned as the quorum was not present. A new meeting will take place on September 13, when Alexandru Arseni will propose including the dismissal of the two vice presidents in the agenda. Earlier, the Supreme Council of Magistrates dismissed Ion Muruianu from the post of president of the Supreme Court of Justice.
