He said he will demand that the two vice presidents be discharged as they are incompatible with the posts held. On September 6, the Supreme Council of Magistrates was to elect the president of the Supreme Court of Justice, but the meeting was adjourned as the quorum was not present. A new meeting will take place on September 13, when Alexandru Arseni will propose including the dismissal of the two vice presidents in the agenda. Earlier, the Supreme Council of Magistrates dismissed Ion Muruianu from the post of president of the Supreme Court of Justice.
