From August 4 to 6, the vehicle traffic on the viaduct connecting Centru and Botanica districts will be ceased. The head of the Public Transport General Department, Veaceslav Tarna, announced, at the mayoralty’s working meeting on Monday, that for 3 days, the workers are to finish the repairs and adjustment works. The circulation on the viaduct, on both ways, will be restarted on 7 August. Starting June 1, those 3 enterprises involved in the reconstruction, „Poduri Prim”, SA „Edilitate” and Department „Exdrupo”, are operating consolidation works of the resistance structure of those 3 bridges composing the viaduct, asphalting and other works. In the first stage of the works, made in 2005, there were spent about MDL 12.4 mln. Those 3 bridges composing the viaduct, connecting Centru and Botanica districts of the capital, have a total length of 884 meters.
