Employees of the Ciocana District Court carried out raids on Mircea cel Bătrân Blvd, asking unauthorized vendors to leave the street. The traders were warned that they violate the law and were encouraged to sell only in authorized commercial premises, IPN reports.
The municipality urges the population not to buy products sold on the street as they are not checked and can be dangerous to health.
The raids continue in other districts of the capital city to discourage unauthorized street trading, which is punishable by a fine of over 1,000 lei.
