Center-bound traffic from Buiucani will be detoured onto the streets Ciuflea, Bucuresti and Sciusev. Traffic on Banulescu Bodoni Street will be detoured off the segment confined between Stefan cel Mare Blvd and Mateevici Street with a left u-turn on Grigore Vieru Boulevard. Traffic on Mateevici Street will be detoured off the segment Banulescu Bodoni – Sfatul Tarii onto the streets Vasile Lupu, Constantin Stere, Sciusev and Bucuresti. In front of the National Opera Square, passage will be forbidden for the duration of Joe Biden's speech. The Traffic Police ask motorists and other traffic participants to avoid the mentioned routes so as not to impede the movement of the official procession and avoid traffic congestion.
