Vehicle traffic on Chisinau's roads will be partly restricted on November 13 and 14 during the summit of CIS prime ministers, Info-Prim Neo Reports. The Ministry of Internal Affairs advises drivers to follow the instructions of the traffic officers to avoid congestions. At the same time, parking will be forbidden in the central part of the city along the routes of the official convoys. The parked vehicles will be towed and impounded at the owners' expense. The Ministry also reminds drivers that they must pull over to the right immediately when they see red and blue flashing lights on the police escort cars. Gun owners are advised to refrain from carrying and appearing with weapons in public places.
