Independent candidate Veaceslav Valico called on the citizens to vote so that no “kulyok” (allusion to bag offered by Vlad Plahotniuc to Igor Dodon, e.n.) and none of those who implement schemes enter Parliament. “It depends on us how the country will look like during the next four years,” the candidate stated on Facebook Live, being quoted by IPN.
The only independent candidate running for MP staged a flashmob event. He brought a garbage bin in front of the Parliament Building and spread a number of crumpled bags on the ground. “Those with “kulyoks” came together in a large number and get ready to enter Parliament,” stated the MP.
Veaceslav Valico noted that a general cleanup is needed and all the “kulyoks” should be thrown to the political garbage bin. He symbolically collected the scattered bags and threw them into the garbage can in front of the head office of the Party of Socialists. “On July 11, we must find power and time to understand that we want to live in a country without “kulyoks”,” he stated.
The candidate in the current election campaign pleads for taking the businesses out of the chaos faced in Moldova. He noted he is the only candidate for MP who is against the mandatory vaccination of the population. He also pleads for decreasing the election threshold for parties and for independent candidates.
