Veaceslav Semionov replaced Dejan Vukicevic as the coach of Dacia Chisinau on a temporary basis. He had been the assistant of the Montenegrin coach who tendered his resignation after the loss to Milsami, IPN reports.
“Veaceslav Semionov will serve as acting coach until a new senior coach is appointed. Now we are thinking only about the match against Sheriff,” Dacia vice president Ruslan Kmit stated for the club’s official website.
Dacia meets Sheriff in Speia on November 9. The two teams dueled earlier this season and Dacia scored its first victory against Sheriff in its history. After 13 stages played, Sheriff is leading with 7 points ahead of Dacia.
Veaceslav Semionov came to Dacia as a coach on July 7, 2001. In his career of footballer, he played for Nistru Chisinau, Zaria Balti, Tighina, Speranta Drochia and Granicerul Glodeni.
